PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports book are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for the duration of your stay per current U.S. regulations. The earlier you get your passport the cheaper it is. So we encourage you to secure your passport ASAP. For more information on obtaining a passport visit the The U.S. Department of State page here.

* Passport cards are NOT accepted as a valid form of ID for travel -- it must be the passport book.

FLIGHTS
San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) is the airport to fly into. If needed, MarieSam can help you book flights coming from the U.S. to get you the best price at no additional charge. However, she strongly suggests that flights are booked directly with the airline so that you have complete control of your flights if changes or modifications need to be made. She only suggests adding flights to your package if you are also purchasing cash back insurance so all aspects of your trip are covered. (*Please note flight schedules are not released by the airlines until 10-11 months prior to travel -- so June/July 2025). 

All flights should arrive and depart from Los Cabos International Airport. If you book your room through MarieSam, airport transfers to and from Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos Resort will also be covered in the price of lodging. Of note, the transfer from the airport to the resort is approximately 45 minutes.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Sandos Finisterra, an all-inclusive resort on the tip of the Los Cabos peninsula. Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room. She can also book your roundtrip flights if need be. **We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be more expensive for you BUT also because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group.** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Sandos Finisterra, you will personally be required to pay a visitor's fee of at least $100/person at the front desk to attend our wedding ceremony and reception.
