Because this resort often sells out, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few imporrant deadline dates that we ask you take note of should you decide to book your room through the group block:























If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside a number of rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

THERE ARE 2 IMPORTANT PAYMENT DEADLINES
(NOVEMBER 15TH AND FEBRUARY 6TH)

- THE FIRST PAYMENT DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 15TH -- THIS IS WHEN ALL INITIAL ROOM RESERVATIONS NEED TO BE MADE.

PLEASE NOTE THE INITIAL DEPOSIT IS $300 TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM. THIS DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU OR THE RESERVATION WILL AUTO-CANCEL IN THE BOOKING SYSTEM. IF YOU DECIDE TO ADD FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL INSURANCE, THE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.

- THE FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE ON ALL ROOM RESERVATIONS IS  FEBRUARY 6TH -- ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID OFF BY THIS DATE.

YOUR RESERVATION CONSTITUTES AS YOUR RSVP.

*** IF THE FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE, THAT RESERVATION IS SUBJECT TO A $50/PERSON PENALTY.
